To
register for a class, please send an email to jim@frametrain.com
with the following information:
- Name
of Class
- Date
of Class
- Participant
Name(s)
- Company
Name
- Street
Address
- City,
State, Zip
- Business
Phone
- Business
Fax
- Billing
Contact and Address if different
- Specify
how you will pay for the class: Credit Card, Check, or Money Order.
(Do no specify Credit Card Number in email, we will get that over the phone
for security purposes)
IF
YOU DO NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE CONFIRMING YOUR REGISTRATION WITHIN TWO BUSINESS

Please
note the following:
- Payment
Policy:
Payment for class is due no later than one week before the first day of
class. Payment may be made in the form of credit card, check, or money
order payable to FrameWork Consulting. When we receive the Training Registration
Form, we will submit an invoice to you. If you want to pay by credit card,
we will contact you by phone for the credit card number.
- Cancellation
Policy:
Any class cancelled by the customer two weeks prior to a scheduled class is
subject to a 100% refund, but any class cancelled by the customer with
less than two weeks notice is not subject to any refund.
FrameWork Consulting reserves the right to cancel and refund any monies with
a two week notice due to lack of participants.
